Our simple process makes finding the right mortgage stress-free!
Step 1
Discuss client’s financial position, loan requirements & objectives.
Step 2
Calculate total borrowing capacity and discuss funds required.
Step 3
We find and present to you the best deal available for your individual requirements and financial position. We clearly explain the fees, costs, structures and conditions of the loans available.
Step 4
Once you’re completely happy with your choice, we submit the application to the lender.
Step 5
Once the lender approves the loan, they send out the paperwork for signing.
Step 6
Once the lender has received and checked your signed documents, they book for the settlement of the funds to be transferred – FINISHED!
